Renew everything in Christ. The core of Eucharistic devotion is a deep personal attachment to Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. The education of those who lack faith and moral values is equivalent to a weapon in the hands of the insane. The Holy Eucharist is the center of worship and liturgical celebrations, shining like the sun among the stars. In the Church of Christ, the Holy Eucharist is like the heart in a body or a spring of water in a garden. It is both food and medicine, the Sacrament of the Sacraments, surpassing all others which prepare us to receive it. There is no greater way to imprint in us the Passion of Christ than through the Holy Eucharist. In receiving it, we are given spiritual nourishment and peace of mind. It is the Word made flesh, the main food of the soul—hidden in the bread from heaven, the bread of angels, and offered to us in the Holy Mass. The Holy Eucharist fills the human heart with love. In it, the Lord gives Himself to us and leads us to works of charity. One must discard bad habits before receiving Holy Communion. In the Holy Eucharist, Jesus gives us God the Father and all His treasures. By His eternal wisdom, the Lord gives Himself fully to each of us. Love is as powerful as death.
